We hope you are thoroughly satisfied with all of your purchases from Shady and Katie. If for some reason you are not, please notify us at [email protected], with-in 10 days of the delivery date. A short note with the reason for your return is helpful in your e-mail. Make sure the order number is on your return.
Exchanges are not accepted, but a product can be returned and then “exchanged” by receiving a refund and then re-ordering the new product online. SALE items are non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of “vintage” items, they are FINAL SALE. Please choose carefully.
