A short note with the reason for your return is helpful. Also, please make sure your order number is included with your return, so we can guarantee your proper credit.
Products must be in their original condition with the original receipt, packing inserts, tags, etc. All returns are subject to Shady and Katie’s terms of use. Shady and Katie is not liable for shipping charges on returns. Your credit card will be credited when the items are received back at the address below.
