RETURNS

We hope you are thoroughly satisfied with all of your purchases from Shady and Katie.  If for some reason you are not, please notify us  by clicking here within 7 days of the delivery date.  Products must be in their original condition with the original receipt, packing inserts, tags, etc.  All returns are subject to Shady and Katie’s terms of use.  Shady and Katie is not liable for shipping charges on all returns. Exchanges are not accepted, but a product can be returned and then “exchanged” by receiving a refund and then re-ordering the new product online.  SALE items are non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of “vintage” items, they are FINAL SALE.  Please choose carefully.

 

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS

If you need to return and item, please email us at customerservice@shadyandkatie.com with the details of the item’s you want to return and the reason for the return within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to process your return.  You should receive an email with instructions and a return authorization number (RA#) within 7 day of your request.
