RETURNS

We hope you are thoroughly satisfied with all of your purchases from Shady and Katie.  If for some reason you are not, please notify us  by clicking here within 7 days of the delivery date.  A short note with the reason for your return is helpful in your e-mail.  Products must be in their original condition with the original receipt, packing inserts, tags, etc.  All returns are subject to Shady and Katie’s terms of use.  Shady and Katie is not liable for shipping charges on all returns.

Exchanges are not accepted, but a product can be returned and then “exchanged” by receiving a refund and then re-ordering the new product online.  SALE items are non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of “vintage” items, they are FINAL SALE.  Please choose carefully.

 

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS

If you need to return and item, please email us at, http://www.customerservice@shadyandkatie.com with the details of the items you want to return and the reason for the return within 7 days of delivery. It is also helpful, to include your invoice number with the return.  Once we receive the return and the items are in the conditions mentioned above, we will issue a credit to your credit card account via our card processing company. We never see your account number.  We have been asked to notify you that it may take up to 5 to 7 days to see the return on your statement. We will notify you with an email once we process your credit.
